Where are you located? Do you ship internationally?

Hello Colour is based in Hong Kong, and we ship internationally to almost all countries! Due to the uncertainty faced by COVID, please double check at checkout if your country is listed in the shipping options. Feel free to contact us at support@hellocolour.com

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Are you looking to cancel or make changes to your order?

Please email connect@hellocolour.com with your order number and one of the following subject lines so we can help you ASAP!

To cancel: Please email with the subject line “CANCEL”

To change your mailing address: Please email with the subject line “EDIT ADDRESS”

To edit your order: Please email with the subject line “EDIT ORDER”.

Are your prints and designs from original artwork?

Yes, everything is designed by the Hello Colour team! Plus, all our original prints are signed and limited edition (the same version will never be produced again). 

Why do you need my contact telephone number?

We ask for your telephone number in case our courier service team needs to get in touch about your delivery. Please be assured we will not pass on your details to any third parties without your consent, and will only contact you by telephone if it’s urgent.

How do I contact you about my order? Can I cancel or edit it?

Can I return my order?

No, we don't. As we are a small company and we don’t make excess products to save resources and minor print errors and scratches due to our printer are accepted. 

What’s the status of my order? When will I receive it?

Our orders will be shipped within 2 working days of placing the order. After the order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number if you have selected that option during checkout. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation after 2 working days, please contact us at support@hellocolour.com.

Please note that if you have any issues with your order once it has left been shipped, please contact your chosen courier, as they are the best at locating your package.
