Refund

Hello Colour does not offer refunds or returns. Products which are damaged, misprinted, or incorrect are eligible for store credits. Please email us at enquire@hellocolour.com


At Hello Colour we aim to print every merchandise perfectly on high-quality products and ship them in a timely fashion. If you’ve received a product far from perfection, we’ll try our best to make it right. Here’s how:

  • Send us an email at enquire@hellocolour.com with your order number and email address used to check out.
  • Input email subject as “Report an issue with the order I received”.
  • Attach two images of the item you received: one is the entire product and another is a close shot of the product imperfection.
  • Please provide a brief description of the issue you experienced.

Once our team approves your request, we will gladly give you a store credit in the amount of the item’s last sale price. 


*Please note that discounted items and gift cards are not eligible for store credits.
